Write With Purpose. Reach Readers Who Care.
Green Wave Aura is a home for evidence-based reporting and thoughtful analysis on climate, agriculture, water conservation, and green technology. If you’re a researcher, scientist, sustainability professional, journalist, or simply someone with deep expertise and a well-researched story to tell, we’d love to hear from you.
We publish original, well-sourced articles that help readers understand the environmental challenges shaping our world – and the innovations, policies, and practices responding to them.
What We Publish
We welcome pitches and completed drafts in (but not limited to) the following categories:
- Climate – climate science, extreme weather, climate policy, adaptation strategies
- Environment – ecosystems, biodiversity, conservation, pollution
- Agriculture – sustainable farming, agribusiness innovation, food security, traditional and indigenous farming knowledge
- Water Conservation – water scarcity, conservation technology, irrigation, watershed management
- Green Technology – clean energy, emissions reduction, climate tech, sustainable infrastructure
We’re especially interested in pieces that combine rigorous research with clear, accessible writing – the kind of article that could change how a reader thinks about a problem.
What We’re Looking For
- Original content. Work that hasn’t been published elsewhere, in whole or in part.
- Well-researched and sourced. Claims should be backed by credible data, studies, or named experts. Please include links or citations for statistics and quotes.
- Clear and engaging. We favor plain language over jargon, and narrative or explanatory structure over dry summary.
- Accurate and current. We fact-check submissions and may ask for revisions or additional sourcing before publication.
- Length: Most articles run 1,000–2,000 words, though we’re open to longer investigative or explainer pieces.
We do not accept:
- Promotional or sponsored content disguised as editorial (we have a separate process for sponsored posts – contact us to ask)
- Plagiarized or AI-generated content submitted without disclosure or human review
- Content that is misleading, unverified, or promotes pseudoscience
- Political endorsements or partisan advocacy pieces
How to Submit
- Send a pitch or draft to info@greenwaveaura.com with the subject line “Contribution: [Your Topic]”.
- Include:
- A short author bio (2–3 sentences) and any relevant credentials or affiliations
- Links to previous published work, if available
- Your draft or a brief outline of your proposed article
- Review process: Our editorial team typically responds within 7–10 business days. If we’re interested, we’ll follow up with feedback or next steps.
- Publication: Accepted articles are edited for clarity, style, and accuracy in collaboration with the author before going live. You’ll receive a byline and author credit, along with a short bio and (where relevant) a link to your website or social profile.
A Note on Editorial Standards
Green Wave Aura is committed to accurate, responsible environmental journalism. All submissions are reviewed for factual accuracy, and we reserve the right to edit, request revisions, or decline content that doesn’t meet our editorial standards. We do not offer payment for guest contributions at this time, but we do provide full author attribution and promotion across our channels.
